These terms are an agreement between you and My Cards, which runs My Cards. By creating an account you accept them. If you use My Cards for a company, you accept them for that company.
1. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person per account. Companies can invite colleagues with Teams.
- Tell us right away at support@tps-egy.com if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use My Cards to impersonate anyone, publish illegal, hateful or misleading content, send spam, collect people's data without a lawful reason, or try to break or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
3. Your content
You own what you put on your cards and in your contacts. You give us permission to store it and show it as the service requires (for example, publishing your card page and QR code). You confirm you have the right to save the contacts you capture.
4. Plans, trials and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
- New accounts may start with a free trial of a paid plan. When it ends you move to Free automatically; nothing is charged.
- Paid plans are bought for a period (a month or a year) and paid in advance. They do not renew automatically: we remind you before the period ends.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payments in Egypt are processed by Paymob, international card payments by Stripe.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. When a plan ends or you downgrade
Your cards stay online, so printed QR codes and NFC tags keep working. Features that are not in your new plan switch off, and cards beyond its limit become read-only until you upgrade or delete other cards.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep My Cards available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something you paid for, we will tell you and offer a fair solution.
7. Liability
My Cards is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost business), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after warning you where possible.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
